I'm sorry you are having trouble using hi5.
We have been experiencing a database outage that caused various problems for our members. Here is an article from our Help section that explains the problem you are reporting:
Current site problems: I am missing profile comments or photos
Due to a recent database outage, hi5 has been experiencing technical issues with our profile comments and photo albums. Members may not see all their profile comments or photos as a result of these problems. Our technical staff has restored all of the profile comments and photos that we were able to retrieve from back up files. Unfortunately, a small number of profile comments and photos were not able to be restored. We realize this may be a hardship for some members and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
If you do not see all the profile comments and photos you expect to see in your account, here are two troubleshooting tips that may display the missing items:
Missing profile comments: To refresh your profile comment cache, please have one of your friends send you a new profile comment. When the comment is received, you will see it under the “Requests” section of your hi5 home page. Accept the profile comment and then look at the profile comments on your profile. Click the “View all entries” link at the top of the profile comments section. If we were able to retrieve missing profile comments, you will now see them. Be sure to click the links at the bottom of the page to see more comments. Please disregard the total number or counter for your comments as this is still not up-to-date. If you have “auto-approve” active for your profile comments, you don’t need to accept your friends’ comments and the new one will automatically appear on your profile.
Missing photos or photo albums: To refresh your photo cache, please upload a new photo to your profile. Once you upload a new photo, click the link at the left side of the photos pages to “My Albums”. If we were able to retrieve missing photos or photo albums, you will now see them. Please disregard the total number or counter for your photos as this is still not up-to-date.

If these procedures do not work, unfortunately we were unsuccessful in our work to retrieve any missing profile comments or photos. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
